BRUNTWOOD SciTech has secured a series of significant new lettings at The Plaza in Liverpool city centre, following a £4.3 million investment across its Liverpool portfolio.

New customers include family-owned food and agriculture business The Billington Group (5,687 sq ft), professional services firm KPMG and wealth management and investment solutions company Hoxton Wealth (2,583 sq ft).

The latest signings reflect continued demand for high-quality, well-connected workspace in Liverpool city centre, with The Plaza offering a range of flexible, fully fitted suites designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.

Following its recent investment and repositioning, the building provides adaptable workspaces that supports both established firms and growing businesses, enabling customers to scale and evolve within the building.

The 352,000 sq ft building is now 97% occupied, reflecting continued demand from innovation-led businesses for high-quality workspace in the city centre.

The lettings build on Bruntwood SciTech’s £4.3 million investment across its Liverpool portfolio, including continued enhancements at The Plaza, supporting the building’s evolution as a modern, experience-led workspace with enhanced amenities, flexible, fully fitted workspaces and collaborative environments designed to meet the needs of today’s businesses.

As part of this continued evolution, Bruntwood SciTech will also introduce a new gym for customers on the ground floor, featuring its own dedicated entrance and further enhancing the building’s amenity offer – supporting wellbeing, convenience and more balanced working days.

Sam Birtwistle, Associate Commercial Director at Bruntwood SciTech, said: “These latest lettings demonstrate the breadth of demand we’re seeing at The Plaza, from global professional services firms to established regional businesses, all choosing the building for the quality, location and environment it offers their teams.

“As we continue to invest in the building, including the introduction of new amenities like the ground floor gym, we’re focused on ensuring The Plaza is a place where businesses and their people can thrive. We want to create an environment where people want to work and one that supports wellbeing, encourages collaboration and helps teams to be more productive and balanced day to day.”
