In two first-quarter office reports, issued earlier this month, CBRE and Newmark separately cited a nearly 260,000 square foot lease at 1200 and 1300 S.W. 27th St., in two vacant Renton buildings owned by Kaiser Permanente. Those are known as Glacier and Baker, and have been claimed by fellow healthcare provider Providence, in the largest office lease of the new year.
