Three new investment education sessions at milestone 100th event

Share

Three new areas of ‘private rental sector education’ will spearhead a landmark

National Landlord Investment Show today.

Here are the three new areas of education that will feature what will be the 100th show:

  1. A focus on Wealth Management

Recognising that property investment is a long-term wealth-building strategy rather than a short-term gain and not a ‘get rich quick’ form of investment, the show is introducing a dedicated focus on wealth management.

A dedicated panel discussion led by Kate Faulkner on “Property, Pensions and Financial Freedom: Building, Protecting and Passing on Property Wealth” will explore how property and portfolios deliver long-term financial security, retirement income and a lasting legacy.

The session will also cover the practical steps landlords need to take to safeguard and manage their wealth efficiently, including the role of independent financial advice, estate and succession planning, tax efficiency, and preparing for Making Tax Digital and other regulatory changes.

  1. New Opportunities in Commercial Property Investment

Whilst the show’s focus has always been primarily on delivering education to landlords and property investors within the buy-to-let residential property market, the 100th show is bringing in a new commercial investment element to the stage.

Understanding landlords may want to explore new opportunities or diversify through commercial elements, the show is hosting a panel focused on “Beyond Buy-to-Let … The Commercial Property Investment Opportunities Defining 2026”.

This panel will explore the emerging opportunities reshaping commercial property investment in 2026, from flexible workspace and mixed‑use redevelopment to logistics, retail repurposing and community‑anchored commercial schemes.

  1. 100 Interviews Series

To celebrate the 100th show, there will be a launch of the ‘100 Interviews with the experts series’, recorded live at the show.

These interviews will bring together a diverse mix of leading property experts, thought leaders, and industry voices, offering attendees unique insights into current market trends, strategies, and opportunities within the UK property market.

The 100-interview series will be available to watch digitally after the show via the Landlord Investor YouTube channel. The series highlights the show’s commitment to delivering expert-led property content, both in-person and online.

Beyond what’s new, the show is set to feature 100 educational panels and insightful seminars across an array of property-related topics, including guidance and training on navigating the Renters’ Rights Act, Property Development, Rent for Good investment, Women in Property, a New Investor Masterclass, and more.

The show is free to attend and takes place today in London, Old Billingsgate.
