Investa and BGO acquire $715 million Dexus office portfolio in Sydney and Brisbane properties

Local fund manager Investa has teamed up with US investor BGO to buy up a $715 million portfolio of office buildings in Sydney and Brisbane from ASX-listed Dexus, in the latest example of how both domestic and international investment houses have begun buying into Australia’s office market recovery.

BGO is a Miami-based property investor, now under the control of Canadian financial services giant Sun Life. It has about $143 billion in funds under management.
