Shanghai Financial Court Issues New Guidelines to Support Global Finance Ambitions

Share

A specialized financial court in Shanghai has issued new judicial guidelines aimed at bringing the city’s legal framework closer to international practice and strengthening its position as a global financial center.

The Shanghai Financial Court also published a series of representative cases to signal its approach, including one that voided an unauthorized cross-border securities investment agreement.
