AI platform launches to connect sellers with personal estate agents

Share

A new online platform designed to match home sellers with personal estate agents using AI has launched.

PersonalEstateAgent.com has been developed by Leigh Brown, a personal estate agent with more than 20 years’ industry experience, and AI consultant Prad Patel. The platform uses a personality-based questionnaire, modelled on Myers-Briggs-style profiling, to match sellers with agents whose working style and values are considered compatible.

The website also aims to raise awareness of the growing personal estate agent sector, which includes businesses such as eXp, TAUK, Moveli and Keller Williams.

According to the founders, the platform launches with around 50 personal estate agents covering London and the Home Counties, with plans to expand across the UK later this year.

Brown said he developed the platform after identifying a need to help sellers find agents whose approach best suited their preferences, following several years building his own personal brand.

The founders cite TwentyEA data indicating that personal estate agents are, on average, achieving faster sales and higher selling prices than traditional agency models.

“When sellers and agents align on values and style, it’s a virtuous match,” said Brown. “That’s when everything flows better. Now, sellers can enjoy a smoother, higher value, and more rewarding sales journey with agents who truly fit them and their sale.”
