Firefighters tackled a blaze in the roof of a property in Sudbury.
Crews from Sudbury, Long Melford, Bury St Edmunds attended the fire in Woodhall Road after being alerted at 10.24pm yesterday.
A Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said firefighters quickly extinguished the flames in the roof space of the building and prevented it spreading to neighbouring properties.

Crews wore breathing equipment when tackling the fire and used hose reel jets.
The incident was under control by 11.34pm.
One crew remained at the incident until shortly before 3am, while UK Power Networks worked at the scene.
There were no reported casualties.
