Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 5135 Williamson Road in Roanoke, Virginia.

EIK OF VA LLC purchased the 4,242 square foot retail building from Valley Capital Group, LLC for $400,000 and will utilize the property as a shop and showroom for their contractor business.
