Bishopsgate Corporate Finance, an East Midlands-based M&A advisory firm, has made a pair of promotions.

Bikram Randhawa and Cameron Rothwell have become senior managers, having played key roles in several landmark transactions in recent years, including more recently Lincoln-based Eagle Eye Innovations’ investment from private equity investor LDC’s East Midlands office and the sale of Peterborough-based Hydromarque to Sweden-headquartered WTR Group.

Randhawa has been a key contributor to the firm’s growth in the Leicester region, while Rothwell continues to build his reputation in the Cambridge market.

Managing partner Morgan Atherton said: “The promotions of Bikram and Cameron come at an exciting time for the firm as we continue to build on our growth momentum. Both individuals have been instrumental in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients and strengthening our regional presence.

“Their progression reflects the strength of our team and our commitment to developing talent from within.”
