Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) advised ACIA Aero Leasing (“ACIA”) on the financing of four ATR 72-600 aircraft in partnership with volofin.

The transaction supports ACIA’s continued fleet growth and reflects the strong collaboration between the parties as they expand their aviation financing activities.

ACIA is a leading provider of regional aircraft leasing and lease management services, specialising in the ATR and Embraer platforms and supporting operators worldwide. volofin is a specialty finance and alternative asset management firm offering bespoke, structured financing solutions to airlines, lessors and aviation investment firms.

The cross-border WFW Aviation team that advised ACIA was led by Global Aviation and Aerospace Sector Head Jim Bell, supported by Dubai Counsel Igor Bichenkov and London Associate Zsofi Bori.

Jim commented: “We’re proud to support ACIA on this latest milestone in its fleet growth and look forward to continuing to work with their team on future projects. Being instructed on matters such as these underscores WFW’s deep sector expertise and longstanding focus on aviation leasing and finance”.
